WILL I BE ABLE TO FIT THE PARTS MYSELF?
Yes all parts can be fitted by a reasonably competent person! All fairings are pre-fitted with Dzuz fasteners but will just require you to drill the mounting point holes.
WHAT IS THE FINISH/MATERIAL LIKE?
The fairings come in a matt black gel coat finish. Please be aware that the fairings are not a glossy finished item and are sold 'ready for painting'.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A COMPLETE SET?
A complete set includes a front fairing (upper and lower), a seat unit (with undertray where applicable) with a quick release seat pad, Dzuz fasteners and if applicable to your model, a tank cover and side panels.
CAN YOU SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
Yes this is not a problem providing the address is accessible and someone is available to sign for the goods. Just complete the relevant fields in the payment page
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
UK Mainland - Next working day (Orders up to12:00pm)
UK Highlands & Islands - 2-3 working days
Southern Ireland & Europe - 2-7 working days depending on your Country.
International - 7-14 working days depending on your Country.
HOW ARE THE GOODS SHIPPED?
All items will be delivered by courier and will require a signature on delivery. Tracking numbers are sent via email once shipped
HOW DO I CHANGE MY PERSONAL DETAILS?
You can update your personal information by logging into your account. There you will be able to manage your email and log in information, update your addresses and manage your cards. The log in area is found on the right hand side of any page within this website.
HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE TO YOUR NEWSLETTER?
To subscribe to our newsletter please complete our Email Sign Up form located on the right hand side of any page on our site. By signing up you will receive promotional emails from us and your details will not be passed on to anyone else.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE/RETURNS POLICY?
We will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. We just require that the items you return are unused and remain the same condition as when you received them. If we find the products are returned with wear and tear, crash damage or any signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and you will have to pay an additional shipping charge to receive the goods back.
What you need to do
Contact the office on 0844 414 5412 (+44 203 603 0125 outside UK) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your name and order number. We will discuss your options and provide details of where to ship the items for return.
Package your items securely using plenty of packaging material to avoid damage in shipping.
Please return your goods using a signed for service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery to guarantee delivery back to us. We will not be held responsible for parcels lost in transit or returned without any paperwork.
Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund or exchange will be processed. If we are refunding we can only process the funds back to the original payment method used and this can take up to 14 days to appear.
In the unlikely event that you are returning a faulty item then we will arrange collection of the goods at a time and place to suit you using our courier.
I HAVE RECEIVED DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS, WHAT DO I DO?

We accept American Express, Visa Credit and Debit Card, Mastercard, Google Checkout and Paypal Express.
When using your credit or debit card, please ensure you provide the address to which the card is registered as the billing address, and a contact phone number so we can contact you if we have a query. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your item has been despatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing tracking information so you know when to expect your order.
WILL I BE NOTIFIED IF THE ITEMS I ORDERED BECOME OUT OF STOCK?
Sometimes during the packing process, items may unfortunately be found to be out of stock. In these situations, we will contact you by email to let you know how long it will take.
WILL MY PERSONAL DETAILS BE PROTECTED WHEN I PURCHASE FROM CRCFAIRINGS.CO.UK ?
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software which encrypts information you input. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your account so please make sure you log out of your account when finished, especially when using a shared computer.
WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN MY PARCEL IS DELIVERED?
If for some reason you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card with information about the next delivery attempt. There will also be instructions to re-arrange the delivery for a time that suits you.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT?
If you receive your order and the products have been damaged in transit, please email photographs of the damaged goods and the damaged packaging to firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and name and we will be happy to assist you in replacing the item/s.
