Terms and Conditions
We will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. We just require that the items you return are unused and remain the same condition as when you received them. If we find the products are returned with wear and tear, crash damage or any signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and you will have to pay an additional shipping charge to receive the goods back.
Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return is a faulty item.
What you need to do
- Contact the office on 0844 414 5412 (+44 203 603 0125 outside UK) or email us at email@example.com quoting your name and order number. We will discuss your options and provide details of where to ship the items for return.
- Package your items securely using plenty of packaging material to avoid damage in shipping.
- Please return your goods using a courier or signed for service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery to guarantee delivery back to us. We will not be held responsible for parcels lost in transit or returned without any paperwork. We can arrange for the collection of your goods as we appreciate these are very large parcels. There will be a charge for this which will be quoted if needed.
Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund or exchange will be processed. If we are refunding we can only process the funds back to the original payment method used and this can take up to 14 days to appear.
In the unlikely event that you are returning a faulty item then we will arrange collection of the goods at a time and place to suit you using our courier.
