Our stores are open 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday where you can visit to order and collect.
We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. Stock items will be dispatched within 1-2* working days and you will receive a shipping email with tracking details to let you know your order is on its way. Non stock or special order items take around 7-10 working days.

Rates vary depending on the size and value of your order. You can see the final shipping amount at the checkout before committing to purchase, just enter your destination country to calculate this.
IMPORTANT: Due to on-going complications from Covid, shipments to Australia & New Zealand may not be accurately priced. A member of our team will be in contact once the order has been placed.
Please accurately provide your shipping address to assure delivery. P.O. Box address will not be accepted and we accept no liability for goods lost as a result of poor or incorrect shipping details.
If your goods have been declared as lost by the courier, a replacement will be dispatched as soon as possible.
If your goods arrive damaged, please email info@ReactiveParts.com with photos showing this damage. It is also vital that you send photos of the internal and external packaging as claims cannot be processed without this evidence. Upon receipt of this, a replacement can be shipped and the damaged part will be collected when delivery is made.
If you are outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such charges must be paid by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Exchange/ReturnsWe will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. We just require that the items you return are unused and remain the same condition as when you received them. If we find the products are returned with wear and tear, crash damage or any signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and you will have to pay an additional shipping charge to receive the goods back.
Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return is a faulty item.
What you need to do
Contact the office on 0844 414 5412 (+44 203 603 0125 outside UK) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your name and order number. We will discuss your options and provide details of where to ship the items for return.
Package your items securely using plenty of packaging material to avoid damage in shipping.
Please return your goods using a courier or signed for service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery to guarantee delivery back to us. We will not be held responsible for parcels lost in transit or returned without any paperwork. We can arrange for the collection of your goods as we appreciate these are very large parcels. There will be a charge for this which will be quoted if needed.
Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund or exchange will be processed. If we are refunding we can only process the funds back to the original payment method used and this can take up to 14 days to appear.
In the unlikely event that you are returning a faulty item then we will arrange collection of the goods at a time and place to suit you using our courier.
